At the Saint Augustine fort it had some holes in some dirt on it that was left over. Also that at the old jail inside it was really dirty and the blankets were dirty.and then the food they ate was beans and grits.when we saw the fort it had some cracks and allergy .

One example of it in st.Augustine is there was crackes in the fort because over time wethering has done that to it .it has rained and rocks 🪨 probably hit it or light has struck it over time. Eney of those could have done that .number two for weathering is the side walk it had a lot of holes from it .From the rain 🌧 and ☀️ and a storm could have put it there.are first one for erosion is that it moves rock to other places.for example wind could have and it could end up in the water 💦.also leaves 🍃 could end up on the ground not close to a tree at all .then it that is wind and that is number two of erosion.bye have a good day🙂🙂

One example of weathering in our trip to St.Augustine is a crack in a sidewalk. That is an example of weathering that I saw in St.Augustine. I saw a lot of cracks in the sidewalk that was formed by most likely the sun. The sun probably burned a crack shape in a sidewalk or something else like water or wind did it. An example of erosion that I saw in St.Augustine was sand being blown a little bit by wind. There are also tiny particles of rocks and shells. Those where an example of weathering & Erosion that I saw in St.Augustine.

Weathering, when we went to St. Augustine I noticed that there was holes in the fort so I think as they were building the fort it rained and over time it created holes because each section gets different amounts of rain.I also saw a huge rock when we were about to go back but the front looked almost like a bowl but the bottom was just a bumpy rock. Eroson, I saw erosion at at the fort because at the sand and all of that was a stone right out side the wall and all the currents from the water made a chunk come off and over time do it again. Another thing I saw was when we were still in the St. Augustine but going back I saw a river and it had plastic and rubbish in it and that was not there before. that's my 2 examples each.

St Agusting i sall in some photos i sall the sky is like a sunset coming out and the sky just turns a bit orange light orange but no color pink or blue or yellow. Another thing is that the stautes they have like if they make them but they dont so thats eroison that makes it so when the wind is super hard and moves some stuff in diffrent places it creates those stuff i think that really cool! i thought to search for some forts so i sall a lot of holes on them witch i think thats eroison because if the fort is not so strong then the wind or water blows super super hard some stuff can happen like that. my last example or weathering is like pretty light in st agusting the light is pretty cool and just like a littie bit black mixed with like light and a littie bit of black so its looks like it would be like raining! i think thats also cool! bye!~😋

In a fort that I went in I saw that there was cracks in the statues and then I new that that was weathering because there was a lot of sand water and ice that froze and cracked it. Another thing I noticed is that when we were watching how to make nails he had a big piece of wood and it created air to make the fire start and where he made it colder on the in the barrel the barrel had cracks in it from all of the water and heat and ice hiring it. And the barrel was rusty because of all the water that got on it.

In st. Augustine their was rust on some of the buildings and they also had crack in them from weathering and erosion. Another thing Is that on the out side of the big fort their were cracks, holes, and the color changed all from weathering and erosion. When we were walking across the street I saw that some of the houses had dark spots on it it was probably weathering and erosion getting dirt on the house or just chemical changes. Those are the things that weathering and erosion caused to st. Augustine.

In st. Augustine a example of weathering is the cracks in the fort. It was from water from the moat. An example of erosion is the sand. It was moved by air. Another example of weathering is all of the old buildings and places have cracks and brakes. And the last example of erosion is the rocks and shells the fort was made of was moved by water on to the sand so the could use them. That’s weathering and erosion in st. Augustine. Bye🥳

Here is the difference between Weathering and erosion.weathering is when something is broken down into small pieces water, ice and sand can break a rock ex if ice gets inside a rock and start freezing more and wil break.Erosion is when it can Cary stuff away.ex sand can be carried away by erosion.also can be broken down by erosion it depends on how strong the wind is it could break the broken rock down even more.bye🙃

The first way weathering in St. Augustine is made is on the wall of the fort there are cracks, the cracks probably form there because whenever it snowed or was really cold in Saint Augustine ice formed so it made the crack. A second way weather in Saint Augustine is made is the color of the fort used to be white but overtime weathering caused The paint of the fort to fall off because it was so old. The first way erosion in Saint Augustine was happened is some branches have fallen off trees but because of erosion wind or water carried the branches away to a different place that isn’t even near a tree. The second way how erosion in Saint Augustine happened some rocks were spread out on A field by the fort and none were together so wind or water carried the rocks to different places but before that they were probably in the rock bed.

One example of weathering and erosion in st Augustine is the ship they found when a tropical storm hit crescent beach. It was buried under sand dunes that were eroded by the storm. The ship was from hundred of years ago it was rusted and broken. Another example would be the cracks on the Castillo fort. There are drains on the top of the coquina bricks that drain and water is putting cracks in them also plants are growing out of the bricks because of the draining water

2 examples of weathering are the the moss on the wall on Castillo de San Marcos, because over time it began to form making room for it. another example of weathering is at the fort the cannons were really rusty and smaller than they should have been because the many times they were used combined with the sea air, plus them sitting there for more than 350 years. Some examples of erosion is a mudslide, when they happen they are being moved by gravity. Also sediment flowing downstream because it is moving the sediment to another place.

Two examples of weathering at St. Augustine was at the wall where there where little holes and cracks everywhere on the wall. Weathering also caused the paint to eventually fade and peel off. I saw that there was sand and that the coquina blocks that they worked with were made of sand and shells and that since they were made of sand the sand on the ground could have been from past attacks. Also I saw the ocean and that water could move tiny particles trough the water and there was sand right next to it. So the ocean could move the sand. There is two ways that there was erosion and weathering at St. Augustine.

Two examples of Weathering And Eroision are... First we will talk about Weathering. We can see weathering at the fort where their are holes and grass growing on the sides of the fort. My seccond example of Weathering is at the fort their used to be white paint on the fort but rain and wind pushed it off. Next we will talk about Eriosinon. My first example of eroision is The rocks eroision moved those rocks to different placees. My seccond reasion is how the ship was buried at the beach well wind from the storm made the sand come on top of the ship. Those are all the examples of Weathering and Erosion.

At the St.Augistine fort it has multiple examples of weathering and erosion here is one, there were several cracks in the walls but it stayed strong and is still standing from the moment it was done being built. Another way it showed weathering was, there was a big but short wall that was made of stone and if you look on it there were some cracks, why? Well it was caused by a palm tree that was near by. One example of erosion is that there are alot of old buildings there because it was so long ago that it was built and some of them had started to rust. Another example of weathering holes were also caused because of the weather changes that has happend throughout the years. My last example of erosion at St.Augistine is the rocks and shells everywhere, they were moved by water and carried away to the sand so the soldiers can use them.

An example of erosion was at the fort they were cannons next to the cannons was water and the shells and bricks next to the water or some of them rusted because of the water. Another example of weathering was at the old jail The walls outside were a little bit cracked I think wind pushed rocks which hit the walls then cracked the wall. And another example of erosion is on the sidewalk it was kind of lifted that was because of roots the roots grew under the concrete and lifted it up. Those were some examples of weathering and erosion at Saint Augustine there were many more but those were some I hope you had a great Time at Saint Augustine👍🏻.

The examples of weathering and erosion are. First we are going to do weathering the first example of weathering is that there were cracks in the walls of the fort. The second reason is that the forts cocena shell wall started to break off. The erosion of the fort is that the fort is starting to mold and rot. Last erosion about the for is that the forts cannons and furnace are rusting.

In St. Augustine there were holes in the wall that no one knew. I think what happened is that it was wearing out over time. In the old prison it seems that some of the walls were replaced due to the weather that occurred in erosion, the rocks were smooth, very smooth.

St, Augustine is weathered because of rain going over it by time and making this green stuff called algae that is in the cracks. Another example of erosion is very high winds that cause the shell to chip off. Did you know that St. Augustine has erosion too? Well it really does, An example is that the wind carry’s things like sand and dirt that hit the building causing a clump of rock to form. Another example of erosion is that again, rain can make the building rot and crumble off in tiny pieces. There’s lost more of weathering and erosion that St, Augustine has, but these are some you could use.

To reasons about weathering and erosion at st.Agustin. First example. The fort at st.Agustin had crackes on the wall on the fort. The next reason is that the trees there started to break off. The reason why I think there was holes on the fort is probably that the wind or many water made it change. The reason why I think there were tree branches moved on the floor is because erosion can move them to other places when it has been weathered.

One example is... The cracks in the fort! Those are from the moat. At first it didn't have water in it but the Spanish people came and complained and then they put water in it. But then it started to crack and we almost lost the fort! I also saw that the forts paint was coming off. Well after all it was kind of hard to miss. Before, the fort was white and red, but now it's gray and the color of the Coquina shell blocks. Let's just say... it aged.Next up erosion. I also realized some of the metal around there were exposed to water and started to rust. Also, the water and wind move the shells and rocks to different places. For example I saw a couple shells in the middle of a walkway which was far away from any beaches. Well I enjoyed my trip to St Augustine and I hope I can go back sometime soon but that's all for today! See you next time!

A form of erosion in St. Augustine happens at the beach. The waves caused erosion and damaged the beaches in St. Augustine. To help make the beaches healthy again, projects are done to rebuild them. From hurricanes that have hit St. Augustine the winds and heavy rain has also caused erosion to form on the beaches. The Castillo de San Marcos monument is made of coquina and with weathering such as wind, rain, and sand, breakdown of the coquina shells happens, and the fort begins to crack. From looking at pictures of the Castillo de San Marcos, there was white paint, and it came off from the wind and heavy rain.

My first example of weathering is ft. Mose. It had cracks all along the walls. It looked like it was built in the 1900s.The cracks were formed by wars of course and sun and water. It was the water by the water going into cracks formed from the sun and then the water went into the cracks and widened it very slowlyrics over the years. My next example of weathering is also ft. Mose.it used to be bright red and white but now it just looks like the coquina she'll rocks it was made from. The sun was to blame. The sun slowly discolored the fort intill it looked like it does today. My first example is also the fort. The sand around the fort was smacking on the fort and caused holes. My last example of erosion is the wall around the ft. the rain has pounded on it so many times it is almost 10 feet smaller.

There are many signs of weathering erosion and deposition at St. Augustine. One sign of weathering is the cracks in the coquina shells at fort Castillo de San Marcos. This is weathering because the cracks have not been moved and there is signs of plantation on the fort witch might have cracked the fort. A sign of deposition is that there are coquina shells on the floor. This is deposition because it has been moved and it is in another place than where it started off at.

One example of weathering is when we went to the fort the paint on the fort was all ripped of because the wind blew it away or the lightning just struck it but the fort did not break because coquina shells are strong but part you just paint. Last of all the rocks were eroded because of the water flow that carried it away and the wind that was there, it also blew it away, so it can start the process of deposition which means where something sits there for a looooong time. And now that final and last example is that when all the shells that were there the y were blew or carried away by the wind or water, so it can also start the process of deposition which means where something sits there for a long time.

Two examples of weathering on St.Agustine were, first there were cracks in the walls of the fort from wind, water, and sand going against them over hundreds of years until weathering formed the cracks in St.Augustine.The second example on weathering is St.Augustine's walls changed color because of the wind, rain, and sand because it used to be white but the weathering changed the color of the fort so now it is a blackish grayish type color. The two examples of Erosion were first the moat surrounding the fort was gone because of erosion the water of the former moat took the particles of the earth beneath it and took itself out to sea.The last example is the ledges and other oddly formed rock was shaped like that because erosion moved particles so that the particles broke apart a structure or land for that used to be there until the particles broke that and which is what formed that type of rock.

Weathering and erosion happen in different ways at Saint Augustine. One example of weathering is the coquina shell seawall the seawall is weathered by rain ,wind ,and water. When the waves crash on the wall the wall slowly breaks down and loses bits and pieces to the ocean. Another example of weathering is the wood structures eventually the rain ,wind, and sand breakdown the wood in the word begins to rot. After the wood rots it starts to break apart and then eventually falls down on itself. The wood from the structures eventually erode into the ocean then it becomes driftwood. After becoming Driftwood it can break down even more and become dirt the dirt and then wash up on shores and build up the beaches. Another example of erosion is the fort. The fort was weathered by water when it was filled up. The water started to crack in the walls pieces of the walls started to break off and fall apart. After falling apart it is weather down even more and then becomes sand the sand can be carried by wind ,water ,and even other pieces of rocks! This is two ways Saint Augustine is weathered and eroded.

Weathering is St Augustine is they installed a moat to protect the fort but then the water was making the bottom really soft and broken down. The second example is that one of the corners of the fort cracked and almost completely fell because of the rain and water so they had to get coquina shell and patch it together. Erosion is the rocks from the cracks falling on the ground. The second example is the wind carrying the bits of broken pieces of houses and towns.

In Saint Augustine they were many different types of weathering and erosion. One example of weathering is the fort sand kept pushing against the wall and made tiny cracks in the wall . One example of erosion is the fountain of youth the water 💧 destroyed the limestone which filtered the fountain which made them have to go deeper in the ground. Those are two examples of weathering and erosion in Saint Augustine.

One example of weathering at Saint Augustine was the fort and the walls around the fort. There was cracks like everywhere because the coquina shells softened🐚. I know this is weathering because cracks are not formed from erosion. Also on Jorge street a lot of the buildings were cracked. I know this from the same reason from befor. There was also erosion. Such as when we were by the fort there was sand an I saw the wind pushing it and blowing it. Also when we were eating lunch I saw leaves fall from the trees. I know all of this is erosion because the things (sand an leaves) were moving.

Ok, to start the weathering at St. Augustine is not to bad but I am going to be talking about it so since I went there i experienced what the people there taught us and how it weathered and over time the baby shells is what the fortress was made out of, ok like I said it was made by baby shells and over time the tower started to break down and lean a bit. And now for erosion, erosion is caused by water so when the moat was filled with water it amoust broke down and so they drained the moat so the tower amoust broke down, and the reason I know that is weathering and that it is erosion is because I went there and I learned about it.

At St Augustine there was weathering and erosion; here i will tell you how. First I want to talk about weathering. In St. Augustine there is a sidewalk and from the sun shining on it then it formed a crack. The next thing is the fort. When the sun shines on the fort and it also makes a crack. Then later a weed grows out of the crack.Next is erosion. There was a space that started out of sand, then a stream water got onto the sand and it got deeper and deeper. The last example of erosion is at a beach. The waves are big and the pressure of the water made the sand get steeper and steeper.Thats weathering and erosion in St Augustine.

Oh and also - I know how my first one is weathering is because erosion can’t really make a crack on a wall it can only move things to a different place. And when I did my erosion example when sand blew in my eyes I know it is erosion because it is basically some bits from weathering traveling in the air. And another example for erosion is lots of leaves moving because of the breeze.I know that that we went to the jail cell and how it was dirty and rusting a lot and it’s been left for years and it probably rained and that’s how I know that example is weathering.

Weathering and ersion in st augstine is the fort because the fort is made of shells and those are like blocks and that made the fort bump and rough and the cannons are very old and they have cracks and are crusty and for erosion the water next to the fort and it moves to shore or out on the coast

The paint on the fort had so much rain fall on in and the sun has dried it up so manny times the paint is now almost all the way gone. Next is the rust on the cannon the rain has fallen on that too and it has been out side for a long time. Tow things I found that are erosion is back a long long time ago they used coqui shells and the water washed them up on shor . Next is I saw boat out on the water and it stoped and a big bridge opened the boat whent zoom zoom.

A way erosion effects st. Augustine is when the wind moves the water on Castillo de San Marcos to break it down. Erosion also is when the wind makes leaves fall of trees and break dow the fort. A way weathering affects Castillo de San Marcos is when the wind blows on the sidewalk to break it. The rain could also break it down.

Two things that I saw at Saint Augustine were the thoughts and the old jail let’s start with the old fort the old fort was really dirty and had a lot of dirt mold allergy and some other stuff .Then at the old Fort there was a leak next to it and that’s where the travel trailer to get to the fort. At the old you there was bunkbeds that were really getting dirty and rats in the cage . Even they couldn’t take a shower for a whole month. That’s what I learned about the old fort.

The first reason for erosion is the beach because you’ll find rocks moved and sand on them due to erosion. That’s my blog 👋
