The three types of rocks are igneous, sedimentary, and metamorphic. Igneous rocks are formed when a hot liquid, like lava, cools which gives you an igneous rock. Sedimentary rocks are formed overtime when layers of sediment pile on top of each other over the years until it becomes one solid rock. Metamorphic rocks are formed with lots of pressure and lots of heat until it becomes a different kind of rock. All in all, the three types of rocks are igneous, sedimentary, and metamorphic.

The three types of rock are sedimentary, igneous, and metamorphic rocks are the three types of rock that you can find. Sedimentary rocks are layers upon layers of rock on top of each-other. Metamorphic rocks is a rock that gets really hot and then gains pressure through time. Igneous rocks are kind of like metamorphic rock, it gets really hot but then it cools unlike a metamorphic rock.

3 types of rocks are igneus sedimetry and medamorphic igneus is when a volkano expodes and its lava coles and turns to upsedeyin. Metamorphic is when the rock is exposid to heat or preasher. Sedimitry rocks are when dirt clay and other stuf there are some times fosils in the senimetery rocks

There are alot of rocks in the world, and all of them have a different color, shape and feel to them. I'm going to tell you how the 3 types of rocks form, which are Igneous, Sedimentary and Metamorphic rock. First, Igneous rock is formed deep inside the earths as magma slowly cools down. Next, Sedimentary rock is formed from sediment that gets cemented together under pressure. Finally, Metamorphic rock can form in afew ways like high pressure, high temperature, or when really hot fluids come in contact with the rock.

Three types of rocks are igneous rock, sedimentary rock, and metamorphic rock. Igneous rocks are when inside earth magma will cool and it will surface up to the land. A sedimantary rock is formed when sedement is under a lot of pressure and it gets squooshed together by the top of the rocks weaight. A medamorphic rock forms of both high tempiture and high pressure and if some other rocks go through this it might turn into a metimorqhic rock.

The three types of rock are igneous, sedimentary, and metamorphic rock. Igneous rock is a rock formed when magma or lava harden. Sedimentary rock is formed when sediment that gets cemented together under preasure. Metamorphic rock forms when earth processes change the texture and the mineral content of the rock is called metamorphic rock.

There are 3 different types of rocks, igneous, sedimentary, and metamorphic. An igneous rock is formed by magma or lava. A sedimentary rock is formed by sediments tat get smashed together with pressure. Last but not least, a metamorphic rock is formed when hot fluids like water come in contact to the rock those are the 3 different types of rocks.

The three types of rocks are Igneous, sedimentary, and medimorphic. Igneous rocks are hot and then cool like when lava dries and hardens. Sedimentary rocks are layer apon layer and you can see fosels in it. Metamorphic rocks are rocks that are formed by heat and presure. To end, the three types of rocks are Igneuos, sedimetary, and metimorphic rocks.

The 3 types of rocks are igneous, sedimentary, and metamorphic. Igneous rocks begins as a melted rock called magma deep inside the earth. Sedimentary rocks over time layers pile on top of each otherand press together. Metamorphic rocks start out as other types of rocks but when exposed to heat or pressure they change into new types called Metamorphic rocks.

The 3 types of rocks are lgnwus sedement metamorphic. The igneous rock begins as meltedrock called magma thats deep in the earth when it reaches the surface its lava it forms when magma or lava hardens. The sediment rocks form when peices on the bottom of the ocean or rivers over time layers pile on top of each other and press together to make a solid rock they may alls contane fossles. The metamorphic rock is made when things like dough changes into something hard rocks deep inside earth can change into new types when they are exposed to heat and pressure the new types of metamorphic rocks change only under extream conditionsn.

Sedimentary rock is formed by sediment piles up on top of the other . Then, over the years it becomes solid and forms a rock. Metamorphic rock is formed by heat, like hot water, and pressure . This changes the rocks texture and shape.

What is a rock? A rock is a mineral and there is three types of rocks igneous, sedimentary, and metamorphis. Ignous rock are made of magma or lava when it cools down. The most common ignous rock is basalt. Sedimentary are made by layer getting stack over and over, and form from sediment that gets cementet together under pessure. metarorphis rock form by high temperatur and high pressure or when super hot fluids sush as water come incontact with the rock

The three types of rocks are igneous, sedimentary, and metamorphic. Igneous rock is when the rock is hot and if you touch the rock you will burn your self and igneous rocks come from something hot like a volcano. Sedimentray rock os when it has more then one layer so if you break a rock that is sedimentray you will see another layer. The last type of rock is metamorphic metamorphic is when it starts getting round and smooth because the pressure of gravity and the heat from the sun.

The 3 types of rocks are igneous (hot), sedimentory (layer opon layer) and Metamorphic (heat and pressure). First the igneous rock starts out as lava or magma and then after a while the lava or magma dries and turns into obsidian. Also the sedimentory would be the longer it is underground more layers will be on the sedimentory rock. Last the metamorphic rock is when different rocks combine or different rocks by the heat making it sticky and then pressure to put the different rocks together and making metamorphic rock.

The three types of rocks are igneous, sedimentary, and metamorphic. First, igneous rock is a rock that is hot then cool. Here are some rocks that are igneous. There is obsidian, basalt, and granite. Here’s an example, so imagine that you are on a hike and you find obsidian. This is rock that came from cooled lava. Next, sedimentary rock is a rock that has many layers. Here are some rocks that are sedimentary, there is shale, limestone, and conglomerates. Imagine that, you went to the beach and you went scuba diving and found a rock. That can be one of these rocks because of the sediment being carried by the ocean. Lastly, metamorphic rock is a rock that is formed by pressure. These are the rocks that are metamorphic, there is schist, shale and gneiss. Here is an example, say that you went to the Grand Canyon and you found a rock implanted in the ground. That is there by layers of rock forming on the ground. These are the three types of rocks.

there are lots of rocks and minerals in the world and they all fall under one of the three categories igneous, sedimentary, or metamorphic. first is igneous. igneous rocks are most commonly thought of as rocks that are created after a volcano erupted and the lava or magma has cooled. one popular example is obsidian. next is sedimentary rocks witch are formed when overtime layers stack up on each other. one popular example is limestone witch is made of smaller rocks and fossils. lastly is metamorphic rocks witch are made when like igneous they heat up but instead pressure comes in and forms the rocks. one popular example is marble.

Metamorphic rock is formed by the pressure of gravity and the heat of the sun hitting the rock. A type if igneous rock is basalt, and sedimentary rock is slime stones and slate.

Sedimentary rocks are formed overtime when layers of sediment build up on top of each other until it forms sedimentary rocks. Finally metamorphic rocks are formed when a rock heats up and there’s lots of pressure witch causes the rock to become metamorphic rock. To sum it up these are the three types of rock.

The three types of rocks are Igneous,Sedimentary and Metamorphic. They are all made in different ways like Igneous it is made when lava/magma is cooled over time a rock forms . When Sedimentary rock is formed there is older rocks or even sand. Older rocks and sand causes presure that helps the rock form. Last is Metamorphic rock it is made by heat and presure. It is first hot than the presser makes it Metamorphic rock. Those are the three types of rocks.

The 3 types of rocks are igneous rocks, sedimentary rocks, and metamorphic rocks. Ingliss rocks are hot because they come from magma, lava or molten rock. When one of those things melts call Ma, it becomes igneous rock. Igneous rocks come from the aura can be from the earths surface or inside a volcano. sedimentary rocks come from layers of other rocks that have been glued together overtime if you ever see a rock that has straight lines on it, it’s probably also sedimentary rocks. Metamorphic rocks, like sedimentary rocks have been stacked together over time, but they were formed together when they were still hot, then pressure, pressure, pressure, pressure and more pressure to make these rocks to look like a bunch of swirls.

The three types of rocks are sedimentary, metamorphic, and igneous. For example igneous rocks are formed when lava cools down. Next, sedimentary rocks are made when things like pebbles and shells lay on top of each other for many years. Last, metamorphic rocks are made after igneous and sedimentary rocks are joined together by pressure to become a new rock it is called metamorphism. In conclusion, these are the three types of rocks and how they are formed.

The three types of rocks are igneous, sedimentary, and metamorphic. Igneous means that it was once magma or lava and it cooled making it into a solid rock! For example, obsidian. Sedimentary rocks often have layers or bedding. Metamorphic means that it changes to some other rock by heat or something else. Those are the three types of rocks.

The three different types of rocks are Igneous rock, sedimentary, and metamorphic. Igneous rocks can form deep inside of the earth as magma slowly cools. It can also Form on earths surface when a volcano erupts. The appearance on an igneous rock can give clues about where it was formed. It can contain small crystals minerals. Sedimentary rocks can form with a layer stacked on top of another layer. Sedimentary rocks are formed over time because of it getting cemented together. Metamorphic rocks can form from when it gets hot and the pressure pushes it together. Marble and quartzite are examples of metamorphic rocks because marble forms when increased temperature and pressure.
