The traditional way of multiplying 2 digit number's is by not using the ten's yet and by adding the two numbers at the right.When you are done you can mark through the number that is by the number in the tens place and to make it equal to the number at the bottom you can just put a plus at the top and number.Then,you can times the top left number and bottom right number and then you will have you're product.In the box method you can put you're tens number at the top right with a zero and you're two numbers in the ones place value.Next, you need to times you're tens number and ones number at the top right and you'll have you're first answer.Then,you need to times you're two numbers in the ones place value.Last,you need to add both of you're answers up and you will have you're product.That is the difference between the traditional method and box method.

The the difference between multiplying a 2 digit number x1 and using the magic box is that the magic box uses place value to break down the two digit number to the tens and ones separate and multiplies both numbers x1.

When you multiply a two digit number with a one digit number you have to do this.1 cover your finger in the first number of the two digit number.2 multiply the two numbers you have left.3 if you get a number that is higher than 10 you keep the last number and put the 123456789 on the top saying +123456789 whatever number.4 you multiply what you had in the past and what you got add the number with the +.5 then you will get the answer and get it right to get team points.A magic box you split the 2 digit number in half.Then you put the other number on top of the right ◼️.Last you put the 1 digit number right beside the ⬛️ you put the other number on.Forgot then you multiply add what you multiplyed and you will get the answer.That is how they are diffrent from each other.THE END 🤗

It's just like regular multiplication. With magic box. You put the double digit number with a 0 then put the 1,2.3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10 then on the side multiply those numbers. That's it.

THE traditional way is when you multiply the ones and cross one out . then multiply the one that is not crossed out . The magic box is were you separate the number and then multiply and add .

The traditional way is where you write the multiplication sentence and multiply the one digit number. When you do that take your finger and cover the ten digit. Then cross out the one digit number and multiply the ten digit number and then you will you will have the answer. Using the box you will put the ten digit number on the lefty side and put the one digit number on the right sided then you put the number you are multiplying by on the bottom right side then you multiply the one and the ten digit number to the number you are multiplying by. Then add your numbers up.

It is different because one uses a magic box and the other one uses just your finger. Also they both don't have the same way to find the answer.

It is different because one uses a box and it is like place value. The traditional way is when you multiply the ones digits and multiply the tens and ones.That is the difference!😊

The difference between the traditional way of multiplying two-digit numbers and the box method is that with the box method you use a box to solve. With the traditional method you use a word problem to solve.

The Difference between the traditional way and box method is simply splitting the 2 digit number in 2 boxes and then have the multiplying number on the outside its easier to break down this way the traditional way you start multiplying the right digit first then you have your answer
