A reflection is when light bounces off an object showing its image, like a mirror. A refraction distorts an image, depending on how the light enters the object. When light hits an object it bends making it look different.

A reflection is when something hits a mirror like a person.A refraction is when a sound wave hits something. They are different because a reflection bounces off of of objections, a refection is waves. They are different because sound waves and bouncing off of stuff don't mix.

Reflection is when light bounces of an object. Take a mirror for instance. Refraction is when light bends. Like when it goes through plastic.

The definition for reflection is when a certain light bounces off a mirror. It makes the light go a different way and it depends ,if you want the reflected light to go left you turn the mirror right or if you want it to go right you turn the mirror left. The definition for refraction is when sound bounces off something.Like a bats echolocation,it bounces off the object. They are both different.

A reflection is when light bounces off an object. A refraction is when a light bends. For reflection a mirror and for refraction a fishing pole in the water.

A reflection is when light bounces off the glass into your eyes. That's how your able to see yourself in a mirror. On the other hand a refraction is when light bends. For example a stick in the water.

Reflection is when light bounces into your eyes.A refraction is when something in the water looks like it's bent into something else. An example for reflection is when you look yourself in the mirror.Another one is when you put a stick in the water it looks like it's been cut in half on the other side.

Reflection is when light bounces off something and back to your eyes. For an example, a mirror. When you look in a mirror you see your reflection. Refraction is when light bends. An example would be with a prism and light. If you put light in a prism the light will beam in all different directions.

A reflection is when light goes in a straight line but on it's way it hits an object and goes back to your eyes. For exsample a mirror is a reflection.Another example is iron.A refraction is when light bends. An exsample for that is when a can of soda is in water and the light bend so it looks like it's in a different angle.

Well refelection means a light is bouncing off an object and comeing back to your eyes which the image appears so you can see. For instance a lense or a mirror. Refraction means light bends. For instance like light going through a prizm, it bends and shines to where we can see it.

The difference between reflection and refraction is reflection is when you look in a mirror you see exactly what you look like nothing changes. Refrection is when something looks different because something has caused it to looke different. For example if you have a clear cup with juice and you put a staw in it the staw will look broken. It's really not though.

A refraction is different to a reflection because a reflection is when you look in a mirror and see yourself the same way. Reflection is, light being deflected in passing obliquely through the interface of something.

When light bounces off of something and bounces off a mirror it is a reflection. However, a refraction is when you get a prism and light goes through it and bends and goes another way. That makes the light move to another place.

A refraction is different from a reflection because a reflection is when it has the same picture. However, a refraction is when light bounces of something. They both are very different subjects because ones absorbing light and ones not absorbing light.
