You need to do cross multiplication when you compare fractions.First, you find out what your fractions are. Then, you multiply the number across from that number. Finally, you get both of the fractions product you see which one is larger and then you get the answer.

You first need to pick a problem.second you need to multiply the cross numerator and the cross denominator then that again. 1/5 is larger than 1/3

Cross multiplication is when you compare fractions. You multiply across and find if the fraction is greater than, less than, or equal.

first you multiply the denominator and the numerator. Then do the same thing but different ones.

Cross-multiplication is used for when you can compare fractions and find out which is greater. To cross-multiply two fractions: Multiply the numerator of the first fraction by the denominator of the second fraction and jot down the answer. Which is the top and bottom of a fraction.

First you need to pick two fractions. The lesser the denominator is the bigger the number is.Then you cross multiply and see what fraction is the biggest.5 4
